The restaurant, located in the centre of services, is the flagship of the entire organization: a professional and distinct service is combined to a great variety of national and local dishes, where great emphasis is given to seafood specialties and typical Calabrian products. The queen of the kitchen is Grandmother "Tetta", a burly big Sardinia woman, Calabrian for love, that with his experience and creativity creates dishes whose diversity offers considerable difficulty in the choice... The arrival of each season here coincides with several specialties served at the table. Each day you will taste what once was reserved for special occasions. A veritable wealth of culinary culture, still today repeated with rigorous tradition and only with products of our land: cold cuts, vegetables, fresh fish of our sea. Among the most renowned products not miss the 'Nduja Spilinga, the red onions of Tropea, the Pecorino del Poro and the extra virgin olive oil. You will find again the fresh pasta that expert hands work, pulling sheets, folding and covering caskets of delights that are revealed in their inimitable flavors on the palate. Finally, the joy of the palate and spirit, meet definitive harmony combined with local wines of great character.
